Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. When the seal is broken, your order is final and can no longer be returned.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to
return your product. If you return the order, you will be credited with the order amount , excluding shipping costs (see general terms and conditions). The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For the costs, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Juflogie Retail NL with all accessories supplied in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via contact.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of the returned order. Refund your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

When the packaging has been opened.
Is the customer responsible for paying the return costs?
Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (registered shipping if necessary).
Is there anything outside the right of withdrawal?
Yes, coffee subscriptions and Wholesale Coffee are not covered by the right of withdrawal because they are custom-packaged or roasted.
IMPORTANT: These rights are exclusive to the Eurozone. This right does not apply outside the EU.
